• Sneakers that tie are the only acceptable footwear
  • Athletic shorts, sweatpants or yoga pants only (no cargo shorts, jeans etc)
  • Everyone must sign in and out of the weight room
  • Occupants are to use only 1 machine at a time
  • Occupants are responsible for properly wiping down each machine after use
  • The outside door may not be propped open.
  • The windows may be open to allow ventilation.
  • Any abuse of the machines will result in suspension from the weight room.


  • No Food or Drinks allowed on the track except water.
  •  Warm-Up and Cool-Down: Before and after your workout, warm up and cool down with stretches or a light jog.
  • Clean-Up After Yourself: Use trash bins and don't leave any items behind that could be hazardous.
  • Walk/run: In a counterclockwise direction. This helps establish a constant flow of traffic and minimizes the risk of collisions.
  • Proper Attire: To protect the track surface, make sure to wear athletic shoes. No street shoes or cleats that can damage the track.
  • Track Etiquette: Be mindful of others. Stay in your lane and don't block others. Yield to faster runners.
  • Lane Usage: Follow the directional guidelines. Inner lanes for faster runners and outer lanes for slower participants.
  • Safety First: Be aware of your surroundings and report any maintenance issues or hazards to the gym staff.
