Data Security & Privacy

New York Education Law 2D Part 121 requires that school districts employ a number of methods to protect all users’ personally identifiable information and maintain a secure computing environment. School districts are required to post the educational software programs empoyed by the district and their privacy policies, if that program stores students’ personally identifiable information. All of these programs have been assessed by the school’s Data Protection Officer. If you believe that there has been an unauthorized disclosure of data, please fill out the Unauthorized Disclosure or Breach Complaint Form.
