NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Alexandria Central School District is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and weekly delivery of NYS-qualified fluid milk for the period of September 28, 2026 through December 22, 2026.
The bid includes 1% or fat-free white milk and 1% or fat-free chocolate milk in half-pint containers. Estimated quantities for a full week of school are 750 half-pints of white milk and 1,000 half-pints of chocolate milk, with quantities prorated for partial school weeks. Milk must have a minimum remaining shelf life of seven (7) calendar days at the time of delivery.
Sealed bids must be received by the District no later than 2:00 PM on September 21, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened.
