Ian McIlrath

Passion is to teach and encourage students to think and give them the tools to be lifelong learners.

Mr. McIlrath graduated from Graduated from Messiah University with a BA in History and a secondary education certification. He began teaching at ACS in 2022. He is a graduate of ACS and former substitute teacher. He currently teachers 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts. He also coaches some of ACS’s sports teams. When not at ACS he enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, spending time on the river, critiquing movies, basketball, baseball, and football.
