Chelsea Foster

"Developing and fostering positive relationships with my students and their families is extremely important to me."

Mrs. Foster received her Bachelors of Arts and Science in Early Childhood and Childhood Education, Anthropology, and Sociology from Utica University. She then received her Master’s in Special Education from SUNY Potsdam. Mrs. Foster has worked in education for almost a decade before joining ACS in 2019. 

When not at ACS she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Newfoundalnd dog, and her husband. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, boating, swimming, and making maple syrup.
