Impact Aid Survey information and form

Under Title VIII of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (the Federal Impact Aid Program), as amended, Alexandria Central School District is entitled to Federal funds for the operation of its programs and maintenance of its school facilities. In order for Alexandria Central School District to apply for these funds, it is necessary that contact be made with the home of each student and that certain information be obtained. This official survey must be done at least once each school year. In these tight economic times, all additional financial aid that the school district can obtain helps to educate your children and lower taxes.

We, therefore, ask that you complete the accompanying brief questionnaire and return it to your child's homeroom teacher by October 31, 2020. Should you have more than one child in the District, please complete one questionnaire for each child. Please fill in all the information that pertains to your family. The District's purpose in requesting this information deals only with our application for the Impact financial aid for our District, and the information which you provide will be kept confidential. To assure that the information we report is correct, I ask for cooperation of all parents or guardians in providing all the requested information.

If you have any questions regarding this letter, or the attached questionnaire, please call Brianne Kirchoff, School Business Administrator, at 315-482-9971 x2082. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Regards,

Christopher Clapper, Superintendent
